Don't Follow the Flock @ Victoria Square Belfast

I noticed this exhibition in Victoria Square today. I am not quite sure what the meaning of it is but it might be something to do with The Balmoral Show, Northern Ireland's largest agri-food event which is currently taking place.  

I noticed a lot of people were taking photographs of the sheep.
